Ghanaian politician and a member of the seventh Parliament of the fourth Republic of Ghana, Isaac Adongo took a subtle jab at Manchester United star defender, Harry Maguire during his speech at the presentation of Ghana's national budget.

The lawmaker stated that Harry Maguire was once rated the best defender in the world but immediately after Manchester United bought him, he became a liability. He went further to say that even when opponents couldn't score against Manchester United, Maguire would put the ball in his net.

Isaac Adongo likened the Vice President of Ghana, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia to Maguire, claiming that he has now become a liability to Ghana's economy.
