Dr. Chinonso Egemba popularly known as 'Aproko Doctor' has made another health video, advising us to stop consuming energy drinks.
He stated that most energy drinks contain about 14 teaspoons of sugar, which is too much sugar.
Consuming a lot of sugar can lead to numerous health problems such as diabetes, increased risk of heart attack, stroke, liver diseases, weight gain, etc.
He also added that consuming a lot of energy drinks causes insomnia, increased heartbeat, and disorganized thoughts.
